request of reservation we need:
your name,
your postal adresse,
your phone number,
the date of the holiday week that you desire,
and the number of persons
The rental terms:
the confirmation of the reservation will be valided after the incoming of your deposit of 30% and the return of the contract completed and signed.
linens and sheets are not provided (auxiliary paying service)
All vehicles will be parked on the street (free and easy)
the renters commit to respect the place and give it back in the same state that you received it, complete and clean.
the renters declare having subscribed to a risk insurance
pets are not allowed
our flat holiday is a non smoking apartment
