This furnished apartment from 54 m² is located in Annecy-Le-Vieux on the second floor of our family house and is completely renovated since mai 2012. Moreover with the heated floor, this holiday flat will be offer you the comfort that you need.
The capacity is from 2 untill 4 persons: one full-size bed in the room and one sofa bed in the living room.
The pets are not allowed into the apartement. And the home holiday is a non-smoking apartement.
Close to Switzerland, to the airport of Geneva or to Italia, the accesses and the possibility to go outside are huge : excursion to the lake, walking-tour in mountains, in cities, ski, nautical sports, automobile and motor show in Geneva.
